임대형 태양광 발전 사업으로, 사업주는 공장 지붕이나 부지를 기업에게 대여하고 임대료 수익을 얻는 구조로 장기계약(20년)으로 진행되며,
계약 기간이 만료되면 사업주와 기업은 협의하에 태양광 소유권을 이전하거나 설비를 철거하는 사업

A BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) solar project is a lease-based solar business model in which the property owner leases a factory roof or land to
a solar developer and receives rental income under a long-term agreement (typically 20 years).
A business model in which ownership of the solar PV system is transferred to the owner or the equipment is removed
upon expiration of the contract, subject to mutual agreement.
